We are always seeking new dealers in art and antiques, and also in selected new items like clothing, art, decor, and furniture; hand-made items like crafts, jewelry, and painted furniture; and collectibles like records and books. If you have something new and different to sell that we haven't heard of or thought of yet, we'd be happy to hear from you about it.

Booth Rental Summery
- Furniture, Antiques, Collectible Art, Decor, Gifts, crafts, clothing. We do not sell ivory.
- The current new space rental i $4.15 per square foot per month. Check with us for any changes.
- Commission of 10% cash, Plus 3.5% credit/debit card sales, with tax.
- Month-to-Month Agreement. 1st 30 DAYS FREE FOR BOOTH RENTAL, IF YOU STAY AT LEAST 4 MONTHS (NOT CASE RENTAL) NEW DEALER ONLY.
- 30 days’ notice required to terminate.
- ONE month’s rent required to hoId space, prior to move in.
- We currently maintain ads in: COLLECTOR, Carlsbad Village Association website. CVAAM website, Antiques & Retro, and various tourist maps and others on a selective basis.
- We reserve the right to approve all merchandise offered for sale
- No window sign rights
- Monthly settlement on 5th, for proceeding month.
- MTD Sales reports on request
- Dealers are expected to advertise weekly on Craigslist and other free media
